ACT: Payroll Tax Amendment Bill introduced – to better harmonise this Act [94]

The Payroll Tax Amendment Bill 2013 (ACT) was introduced into the ACT Legislative Assembly on Wed 5.6.2013. It proposes to amend the Payroll Tax Act 2011 (ACT) to bring the operation of that Act into greater harmonisation with the jurisdictions. The amendments will commence on the day after the Bill’s notification.
