The Duties (Landholders) Amendment Bill 2012 (ACT) was introduced into the ACT Legislative Assembly on 10 May 2012. It proposes to amend the Duties Act 1999 (ACT) to “more closely” align the Territory’s landholder provisions with NSW. Date of effect: The amendments are proposed to commence on 1 July 2012.
