CR 2016/89-90 – Demerger of Davenport Resources and Centuria Capital Limited Executive Incentive Plan

On 23.11.16, the ATO issued the following Class Rulings:

• CR 2016/89: Demerger of Davenport Resources Limited by Arunta Resources Limited. It applies from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016.
• CR 2016/90: Centuria Capital Limited Executive Incentive Plan. It applies from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2019.
