The NSW Office of State Revenue (OSR) has released Revenue Ruling No LT 3 Version 2 (Related companies). The Ruling explains the related company grouping provisions contained in s 29 of the Land Tax Management Act 1956 (NSW). The updated Ruling took effect on 23 October 2013.
