On 30 July 2013, the OECD invited comments from interested parties on the Revised Discussion Draft on Transfer Pricing Aspects of Intangibles. The OECD has now published the comments it received. Comments were received from a wide range of parties, including BDO, BIAC, Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), PwC Global, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, Grant Thornton UK, Transfer Pricing Associates, Japan Foreign Trade Council,
Also on 30 July, the OECD invited comments from interested parties on its White paper on Transfer Pricing Documentation, released as part of its project on transfer pricing simplification. The OECD has now published the comments it received which came from parties such as BDO, CPA Australia, PwC Global, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, RSM International Limited, Tax Executives Institute, Transfer Pricing Centre Association, Japan Foreign Trade Council.
The OECD says the input will be discussed by Working Party No 6 of the Committee on Fiscal Affairs at its November 2013 meeting and during the public consultation to be held in Paris on 12-13 November.
